Terms of service
Last updated 11 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply when you order work from Aviqo Studio, run by Jordan McClean, a sole trader in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@aviqostudio.com.
The work
Each offer's scope is as described on the pricing page at the time you order, or as agreed in writing for custom work. Ads are made with AI tools, directed and approved by Aviqo Studio, and delivered disclosure-ready.
Every order includes one round of changes. Further changes or new scope are quoted separately.
Payment
Boost assist and the Launch test are paid upfront. The Black Friday ad set is paid half upfront and half on approval after one round of changes; if you wouldn't run any of the five ads, you don't pay the second half. The monthly creative partner is billed monthly in advance, and you can cancel before the next month starts.
Ad spend is never included. It's paid by you, directly to Meta or the platform.
Your ad account
Where we launch or manage ads, we work through partner access you grant on your own account. You keep ownership and can remove our access at any time. You're responsible for your ad account's compliance with platform rules and for the budgets you approve.
What you give us
You confirm you have the rights to the product images, logos, reviews and other material you send us, and that the claims you ask us to make about your product are accurate and lawful.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final ads and content we deliver for you. We may show work in our portfolio only with your permission.
Results
We do our best work, but we can't guarantee sales, return on ad spend or any particular result, and platforms can reject or limit ads at their discretion.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and its courts have jurisdiction.
