Pricing questions
+Is ad spend included?
No. Every price covers the work: the ads and, where listed, the setup, management and the read. Ad spend goes straight from your account to Meta, so you control it.
+Do I need to be running Meta ads already?
No. Boost assist works from your Instagram with no ad history. The Launch test needs a Meta ad account; I set the campaign up on it through Meta's partner access, and you keep ownership.
+Why is there a call?
For now, every order starts with a 15-minute kick-off to collect your assets and agree a start date. The price and the scope don't change on the call.
+How do I pay?
Boost assist and the Launch test are paid upfront. The ad set is half upfront and half when you approve after one round of changes. The monthly partner is billed monthly.
+What if I don't like what you make?
Every order includes a round of changes. On the set, if you wouldn't run any of the five, you don't pay the second half.
+Do you work with brands outside the UK?
Yes. Prices are shown in pounds, Australian dollars and US dollars; switch with the toggle above.
