Who we are
Aviqo Studio is run by Jordan McClean, a sole trader based in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. In this policy "we" and "us" means Aviqo Studio. Contact: hello@aviqostudio.com.
What we collect
When you ask for a snapshot or contact us: your name, email address, store or website link, Instagram handle, whether you run Meta ads, your approximate monthly ad spend, and anything you choose to tell us.
When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking form.
When you visit the site: basic, anonymous usage data collected by our website host to show page views.
Why we use it
To prepare and send the snapshot you asked for, to reply to you, to deliver work you order, and to keep records we're required to keep. Our lawful bases are your request (taking steps before a contract), the contract itself, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
We read publicly available information about your brand, such as ads in Meta's Ad Library, your website and public reviews, to prepare the snapshot and our messages.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the business: our website host (Framer), the spreadsheet our form writes to (Google), our booking tool (Cal.com) and our email provider. If you order work that runs ads, Meta processes data under its own terms. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we don't take further: up to 12 months. Client records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, usually six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@aviqostudio.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
